Oticon Reveal aims to provide an experience closer to natural hearing by utilising two dedicated AI systems. One system is for speech and the other is for contextual sounds and the environment. Most hearing aid systems prioritise speech by utilising AI noise reduction, which doesn't account for the surrounding environment.
Oticon states that the Reveal device delivers a 60% stronger brain response thanks to this dual AI combination. This system focuses on how the brain truly makes sense of sound, to produce a better experience for the user.
The system is meant to provide fast feedback, and users will be able to take calls and stream audio from both iPhone and Android devices.
