Your Toilet Is Watching You

Ever wanted to track your health while you're using the toilet? Not really. Well, now you can.
Throne One is a smart sensor that clips onto the rim of your toilet and a camera (don't worry the camera is downward facing). The insights sync straight to your phone where you can view weekly and monthly data on gut health, hydration, urinary flow, and your bathroom habits.
You own your data, and if you wish you can export and share 90 day reports with health care professionals. It monitors both stool form and frequency using the Bristol Stool Scale. Up to six people can use one device, although each person has to have their own membership. It is currently only available in the US, but international expansion is coming.
$399 for the device then $5.99 a month per membership (the first 3 months are free). Charging it will be interesting, 30 days of battery life, and a 13-foot cable are provided. The disclaimer remains that Throne is a general wellness product, not a diagnostic one.
